MPCA feels proud to host the 1st T20I at the Shrimant Madhavrao Scindia Cricket Stadium, Gwalior scheduled for the 6th of October 2024. Tickets will go live at 10.00 AM on 20th September 2024 and continue up to the end of the quota. However, MPCA reserves the right to take any decision in this regard at any given point of time.
A customer can purchase (as per ticketing agency terms) a maximum of 4 tickets of single or assorted categories. Children above 3 years of age will require a ticket.

Ticket Price includes GST and Madhya Pradesh Municipal (Entertainment and Amusement) Tax - Rules 2018 and taxes theron:

FAQs
Q. How will I know when the tickets are going live?
A. User can select their city on Insider.in where they can see the Match Banner. By clicking on that, they will see the details of the tickets going Live.
Q. On what platforms can I purchase tickets? Are tickets going to be available offline?
A. You can buy tickets from the Insider.in website and app as well as on the Paytm App. Tickets won’t be available offline.
Q. Are International Payments allowed while buying tickets?
A. You can make payments using International Credit Cards only. One's Credit card should facilitate the International purchase. Do check this with your Bank/Service provider/Card settings for the same. While using the credit card:
- Verify that the International purchase facility is on
- The transaction limit on the card is checked
Q. What is the required age limit to purchase a ticket and gain entry to the stadium?
A. Children of 3 years and above will require a physical ticket to gain entry to the stadium.
Children below the age of 3 can enter the stadium but will not be provided a separate seat at the match and should be accompanied by a guardian at all times.
Q. How many Tickets can one person buy?
A. A customer can purchase (as per ticketing agency terms) a maximum of 4 tickets of single or assorted categories.
Q. What is Queued ticketing?
A. Queued ticketing is a virtual queue where you will get assigned a position virtually to get a chance to purchase tickets. This is done to ensure a fair chance is given to everyone wanting to purchase a ticket. The Queue page will have the stadium layout and real-time updates for one to make their purchase decisions while they are waiting to be allowed inside to make the purchase.
Q. How will I get the queue number?
A. Once the queue opens up you will be automatically assigned a queue number.
Q. Once I have made a purchase basis the queue as per the limit mentioned, can I join the queue again to make another set of purchases?
A. If you’ve exceeded your purchase and buffer window, Yes. You will be prompted to join the queue again. This is to ensure everybody gets a fair chance to purchase tickets.
Q. When will I receive my physical tickets?
A. Tickets will be delivered at least 2 - 3 days before the Match.
Q. Can one change/update the delivery address once the tickets are purchased?
A. The address once entered cannot be updated/changed. We urge the customers to be sure of the address and availability of someone to collect the courier. In case of any queries, please reach out to help@insider.in
Q. What happens if I don’t get my physical ticket despite opting for delivery?
A. If you do not receive your physical ticket despite opting for delivery, you will be required to collect it from a designated location which will be shared with you by email.
